Placing an order

1) Once you have picked your favorite item you would like to purchase, click on the big “add to cart" button
2) If the option for custom engraving is available for the product selected you will now be able to enter the text of your choice.
3) Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment information.

You will receive email notifications along the way and can track your package at any time after it is shipped.

Caring for our jewelry is simple as the metal doesn't easily tarnish.

Here are some basic tips:

  • It's fine to get our jewelry wet. You can wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterward.
  • If the items become dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth
  • Before storing the item make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment.
  • When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.

Most USA orders are mailed within 5 business days and arrive within 14 days*

*Please note: Printed graphic jewelry is subject to minor delays. Occasional reprints are needed to fix problems, which can extend this a few days longer.

All jewelry orders are shipped with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

Yes, after your item is sent to USPS you will be sent your tracking information in an email. You can also click here to track your shipped order.

*Please note: It can take up 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

International shipping

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world (with the exception of the countries listed below) but rates and shipping times vary according to distance. 

- Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sierre Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Ukraine (Crimea - zip codes 95000-99999), Guatemala (temporary), Liberia (temporary)

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where all international packages are charged (e.g. Phillipines). If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

Problem with my order

Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the USA.

Our products are made to order just for you! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for these, however if you have any issues with your order that meet any of the criteria below contact our support team who'll be happy to replace your order.

- Damaged or defected item
- Wrong item was received
- Mistake with the engraving

If you meet any of the above conditions, please contact our support team with a photo and we'll ship out a new one as soon as possible!

Your product is sent into production within 2 hours of the order being placed to assure you receive it fast. Since these are custom print on demand products we can only accept cancellations within 90 minutes of the order being placed. If you are within this window, contact us here with your order ID.

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damanged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you free or charge as soon as possible.
