We purchased an engraved necklace as a gift for our daughter completing her first year of college. I made a mistake with the engraving (a minor misunderstanding on my end) but Kay was absolutely amazing. She was patient and guided me throughout the entire process. The necklace is very pretty. The engraving is a little hard to read because of the size of the heart, but well done. The message on the back of the heart is exactly what I requested and very nice.
Looks amazing got here right on time. Can't wait to give it to my daughter.

My only disappointment was the writing is so small on the heart you can't read it. I bought this as a gift so hopefully they'll love it.
