We purchased an engraved necklace as a gift for our daughter completing her first year of college. I made a mistake with the engraving (a minor misunderstanding on my end) but Kay was absolutely amazing. She was patient and guided me throughout the entire process. The necklace is very pretty. The engraving is a little hard to read because of the size of the heart, but well done. The message on the back of the heart is exactly what I requested and very nice.
Looks amazing got here right on time. Can't wait to give it to my daughter.

If you are looking for the most sentimental and special gift for your own mother or even a mother in law, this is the most beautiful thing I have ever ordered! I had an extremely specific order request and Kay went above and beyond in making sure it was perfect. The case the necklace came in was rich in color and absolutely stunning. When I opened the box a light came on like you see in Tiffany and Co! I was totally not expecting that and was blown away by how classy it looked. The necklace itself is shiny and bright and made of high quality, not to mention it was delivered in record speed. I ordered this product as a gift for my son who is expecting his first baby. I ordered about 10 days before Christmas and was so worried it wouldn’t get here on time. I sent a message after about 5 days from placing my order and got a very prompt response letting me know that it would be shipped out the next day and they would ship priority to try to get it to me on time.
